There’s so much information out there about “the market.” You hear many stories about interest rates going up, things grinding to a standstill, and that the market is crashing, but what’s really going on in Flagstaff?
I compared all of the median prices of single-family homes that sold from November 1 until now to the same period in 2021. Here’s what I found out:
Last year, the median sales price for single-family homes was $617,000. This year it’s $643,000. While those figures don’t give you an all-encompassing picture of what’s going on, they do show you a trend that confirms our market hasn’t crashed.
